1MW/2MWH Photovoltaic Energy Storage System Example.

This is a photovoltaic storage system for peak-valley arbitrage purposes. It is designed and installed in an industrial park.

SAIL SOLAR customizes and produces mounting brackets for solar panels based on the on-site conditions of the cement flat roof.

For solar panels, SAIL SOLAR, TopCon 580w Bifacial panels, a total of 1728 pieces, were selected this time. New N-type technology, same size, higher power generation and conversion efficiency, longer service life. 30-year warranty.

For inverters, we chose Megarevo MPS 500KW Hybrid Inverter. This inverter adopts modular design and free combination. Equipped with an isolation transformer to effectively prevent external interference to ensure the smooth operation of the entire system. The two machines are connected in parallel to form a 1MW photovoltaic DC input. 5-year warranty.

For lithium batteries, we chose SAIL SOLAR 51.2v280ah lithium battery pack. 14 high-voltage control boxes are connected in series to form a 716.8v280ah high-voltage lithium battery pack, each with a capacity of 200kwh. A total of 10 clusters of such high-voltage lithium battery packs are used to achieve a battery capacity of 2MWH. The warranty is 10 years.

For the photovoltaic DC connection line, we use HIZ2Z2-K 6mm2 DC cable. It complies with EN50618&IEC62190 standards and is safe. Larger cross-section and lower power transmission loss.

In terms of design, two 20-foot containers are used to implement an All-in-One integrated design.

One of the containers is dedicated to placing inverters, isolation transformers, battery control cabinets, and EMS systems. Equipped with necessary air conditioning, lighting, and fire protection systems.

Another container is dedicated to placing lithium batteries.

Separating control from energy storage facilitates unified monitoring and maintenance.
